Return Window
⚠️ We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 7days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., custom color, custom base size, or density made to your specification) are not eligible for return unless defective. ⚠️ (Adjust if you do accept returns on custom pieces.)
- Items that show signs of wear, styling, cutting, or alteration are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at ⚠️ [jnmygenuine@outlook.com] within the return window with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and the return shipping address. Please do not send your return before receiving instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within ⚠️ 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale Items
⚠️ Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale / refundable as regular items (choose one).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us at ⚠️ [jnmygenuine@outlook.com].
Shipping Costs for Returns
⚠️ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
